Besides April, October is my favorite month... reason being? Samhain/Hallowe'en! (Incidentally I love April bc my un-birthday is the 1st. Ha! April Fools Day!!) The spirit realm's veil into this world opens a bit more, those little fun sized bags of crisps, and just horror movies/shows become more mainstream.... like Dark Shadows?

I am going to do a special spread of the Osho deck on Samhain. Maybe I will do one for my sisters as well.. if you are interested in a draw, dm me here on DW, and I'll get back to you. I only have one deck, the Osho. So, that's that.

I just had chicken tacos for dinner. These, I find are more flavorful than the beef... that's just me though...

Gaming-wise, I am playing all sorts of games. Style Savvy, Pokemon, Zelda, Cooking Mama and more... right now I am muddling my way through Platinum.

I got me a new desk lamp!

There is Julie's Vaio I'm borrowing til the 31st, and my Vitamin Water... it doesn't have any water in it now but it did. :) Speaking of Julz, she's going to the movies tonight. I think I'll see a movie too. Not sure which but it will be a horror. (And you expected any different??) No popcorn or pop for me though bc I'm watching mine at home, well, technically I could have a snack... but no.. I ate 3 soft tortilla type tacos and I'm sated. After pizza, I love me some tacos. :)

Friday, Bees and I are off to the walking track.. after I hit W4U bc I couldn't last week, but this week I intend to. Also, we are dragging Julz with us. :) I am glad to be able to be with Bees again. :) For awhile I couldn't. Only for walks and such. But.... ya. Don't ask why though.

I think I might play me some Sims too tonight. I need to stay up to greet Julie as she arrives back home... you know? Sometimes ppl will get locked out. Hopefully she won't be long...

Ya. Today I have to go to the local variety store/convenience mart, and take out some cash... and I will buy some snacks for later on today, like some ketchup Crispers (I know I don't usually like ketchup crisps but this is new and I want to try...) and some ranch Crispers for Colleen, and 3 bottles of Diet Pepsi.

I'd get my baby sis (Bees) some coffee but there is a bylaw stating that we cannot bring hot bevvies into a taxicab. Or am I wrong

Aanyways, that is what I'm doing today... not much else really. I have my bath day...

Tomorrow I am ordering from Pizza Pizza with Colleen. I can't wait bc I haven't had PP in awhile! I love their panzos, they are better than Pizza Hut's or anyothers except maybe for Zucca's. Their panzo is delish and is roughly the size of a football. :-) I shit you not.

So, while the others are having veggie chili (bc J is a vegetarian-sorta), we will be feasting on Italian! Julz isn't joining though bc she ordered out yesterday to Swiss Chalet. I told her not to, but she is a stubborn one. :-o

So, tonight's sup is the traditional Friday fish fry, (aka fish n chips!) and Gxd knows whatelse... coleslaw? Veggies? idk. However, I think we are having chicken salad sammies for lunch. I could be wrong...

In other news, I am happier than a clam in high title, bc today my mother pointed out that easyhome was having a sale on electronics, and there was a gaming laptop for sale, for like $175 per month for like 5 or 6 months. SWEET!!! So, I have new computer coming -- brand new!! Kate my computer comes tomorrow and Orion will go to Layne. I will receive Kate in November as to Mom + Dave + Vic's rule, about having tech every 6 months. And November marks the 6th month. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I have a slight hoarding problem.) So.. yay?

Gaming wise, I am rip roaring at Pokemon X, so far I've infiltrated the first Team Flare hideout. I'm STILL trying to play Platinum... but I keep getting sidetracked by the two Emerald hacks I have lol AND the Style Savvy games. My team on X is as follows..

Samhain is fast approaching. I love this time of year. Thanksgiving is also in the month of October for us Canadians... y'all down south are in November...

Anyways, Kate is arriving tomorrow, I can't wait for November, I told Julz that I'm gonna need her computer Willie for awhile longer, about a month. I will get Kate on Samhain... or as you normies call it Hallowe'en.

Today was a mixed bag. Some good, some bad, some just... meh. I have some photos here if you are interested.

I had my shower today so, I'm fresh. :) I think the WoW team comes tomorrow... I believe it is just the one staffer? I can't remember her name though, they come to do art, or whatever, games, um... stuff that pertains to us ... I reckon???

We certainly have a lot of dogs in this town. About a few weeks back, we had 'New'bark'et' where all the dog owners got together at the Gorman pool, and let their mutts loose... even in the pool which, I really hope they drained after cos that is just gross. :-o

Anyways, I think, with a little luck, I should be able to order in dinner from Pizza Pizza on Friday night. Either that or Chinese... I have to talk this over with Bees. Julie wants Swiss Chalet but it is so dear. :-o

Anyways, in gaming I am getting Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon which I reckon is Supernova Sun and Penumbra Moon by Dio Vento?? Aaand, I am still working on White 2 and Platinum. :-)

I got the new Libre app update where you get real time results instead of having to scan all the time! If you can believe that! Yay!!

I had a meeting with the diabetic clinic... and they want me to see my endo to see if going on Ozempic is feasible, bc I have gained quite a lot of weight, although Bees told me today that I looked slimmer. :) I thought maybe it was the way I dressed today but nope. :) I have to dig out my scale to see my weight....

I do have anxiety about Friday, but I can do it. I have nothing to fear. I just need to keep telling myself that. :/ I have to get a few groceries at the Dollarama, I have to get coffee whitener, decaf coffee, and sweetener. I weaned my sisters off the sugar. :D Plus I have a craving for their house potato chips. I know I know... but they are so good. The reason I'm not going to Giant Tiger for this stuff, is that Julie has bad legs, and needs to cut shit short. And there is my phone, I need to fix and I appreciate all the good wishes. :) I will get that outta the way, then, there is my Amazon order (more body wash + a large water bottle. I do realize that I can get the water bottle at the dollar store but I need a good quality one, not a shoddily made one.

I wonder.... I'm going to check Giant Tiger's website and see if they have any bath products and a water bottle, and yes, I know the dollar store might have these, but quality over quantity. :)

We are having chicken wraps and something on the side for dinner tonight, was supposed to be lasagna but Maman had to get the pasta in the oven at 3pm and the Instacart delivery is just arriving now. So, tomorrow maybe? :)

Gaming wise, I am just muddling through several different games, I am going to play Ultra Moon tonight, I still want to play Platinum.

Just did my blood glucose levels 4.5 mmol per litre... which is a bit low but when I eat breakfast, it will go up. Today we get eggs, bc Maman was too sick to cook much of anything today. I have to get dressed pretty soon. I'm wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs 3/4 sleeved shirt and a pair of grey sweats. I found a few pairs of socks, so might wear that too. I'll do that after breakfast.

Have had this in my head the whole day. From when I first woke up, til now... from dawn to dusk. I am a fan of Johnny Depp... and the whole PotC thing... but this ... this is weird af.

I have the oddest taste in music non???? I reckon that's what I get for hours on TikTok. I seem to have shaken that habit, but the music? Esp. for murdertoks, horrortoks and all of that bs that I am/was interested in... ya. Morbidity is my second middle name. Random is my first. I am 'Samantha Josephine (Joe is short for this!) I am seriously thinking of changing my surname from my mother's (Hunter) to my father's which is Westner.

Today was a slightly boring day. After breakfast I zonked out til literally lunchtime!! And this afternoon, Bees and Julz and myself went on a walk 'round the block. Nice! But it shagged me out. :(

Gaming wise, thanks to a referral link on Reddit... I am addicted to a funky Emerald hack called Pokemon Emerald: Too Many Types... and there are very odd typings like Angy, (angry??) um... Boring (IKR? I was giggling like mad at this for hours!!) Fluffy? Ya. You read right. Fluffy. This game is fucked up, but then, so am I. :P

I am quite serious. I have that video on loop. My sister Julz is sleeping lol... I think she is getting sick of this lmao!!!!! I have Asbergers and OCD, so when something gets into my brain, that's it, I will play it til, well, a) I get sick of it... or others get sick of it. :P

I joined this site... called Squabblr. I really don't know how to describe it but this: wonderful, sassy, and funny af. I am wint3rpear on there fyi. I had an ok weekend. Didn't get into that much shit. Still going with Julz on Friday, to the bank, and to Wireless4U to get my Samsung fixed. (M bought my old iPhone from A. And gave me her old Samsung.) So, now I have a Google Pixel 2 XL. and a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. Sooo.. ya. If it is over $200 I am going to say 'Fuck it.'... but I hear W4U has decent pricing? So.. and gotta go to the dollar store and buy two little notebooks, and some pens, and a few scrunchies for my scarlet head. Heh.

As if you couldn't tell non? (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) I just woke up about an hour ago. I think my body is telling me that I am back to normal, no more stress hormones... bc yesterday I woke up at like 8am... almost missed breakie. :o

Also I think I'm getting my period which is just fantastic. Not. I will find out soon enough. I honestly will not miss it after menopause. Seriously! I am almost 50, will never have kids, so... Idk.

This is why I don't tend to trust organized religion, and am Wiccan. :)

Anyways, I am going to take my blood sugars test, and just wait an hour. Play some Pokemon X... or Rocket Red... which besides Pokemon Sweets 1 & 2, is my favorite hack. :) I think I'll tackle Platinum another day. Or, I might just lay back on my bed and mindlessly watch Bonggil. :) I'm fucked, I get it. Ha.

Tomorrow, Julie is going bowling in the early evening with Sherri her worker. I hope to get to do fun things like that with Julie and Bees in the future. Right now it's just for people who are mentally challenged in some ways - it's called the DOS program... I don't qualify bc a) I'm not exactly in that way. I'm pretty much a genius... and b) I'm in the CHO program. Which doesn't get me much. Gets me SOME things, but and, they are trying to see if they can add programs as they grow as an organization? I guess you'd say? IDK.

So, while Julie bowls. Bees will be watching her shows on the telly, and I will most defo be watching Her Name was Christa again. Or play games on my phone/tablet.

I don't know when I am getting Orion. I mean, he is here and all, but he is downstairs collecting dust. :( I hope I can get him soon. I am sick of using Julz' very slow computer Willie Jess. Hopefully soon?

Today was an ok day.. a little anticlimactic but.. eh. I had my all time favorite food for supper (plot twist: it's pizza!) and I am having a salty snack... Classic Lays... does anyone find these really really salty? I love salt and thank whomever that I don't have heart problems in my family. None that I know of anyhow.

I am going to go to the Giant Tiger plaza at the end of the month to take out some money to get my Samsung phone repaired. It needs to be fixed. Michelle actually gave me that one bc I alerted her to my old iPhone on sale at A's shop. I just love my Pixel and SaDmsung isn't that bad a brand. Julie has one. Bees has one. So.... of course I took it. Gotta take it to Wireless4U to repair it though, but they have good prices. I just hope they can fix it. It has a sim card and a memory card too. IDK if the sim card is any good. I don't think it has any minutes. Gotta go to the Dollarama and see about Lucky Mobile... as they are pay-as-you-go.

In gaming news, I have started FireRed again. I want to get US/UM from the hShop... so I'll do that tonight. I have been playing a lot of Style Savvy too. :) Speaking of, I need to fetch my device from the dining room. :D

It's crazy really... if you think about it? My friend Pinky says that she thinks that the world will end in '24 or '25... due to the Euphrates river drying up and all?? IDK if that is true, but she also deems Francis the last pope. That I'm not going near bc I'm Wiccan. Although, as a joke, I had an AI art app on my phone draw the pope eating sof' serve ice cream... I wish would have saved it. It was pretty funny.
