Almost time to get up...

 Just did my blood glucose levels 4.5 mmol per litre... which is a bit low but when I eat breakfast, it will go up. Today we get eggs, bc Maman was too sick to cook much of anything today. I have to get dressed pretty soon. I'm wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs 3/4 sleeved shirt and a pair of grey sweats. I found a few pairs of socks, so might wear that too. I'll do that after breakfast.

That's a very good morning glucose level :) I have managed to get my Hb1Ac level right down and my Dr said to stop taken medication so after 20+ years on medication I am back to diet controlled. I must admit I am surprised!

Do you support the Toronto Maple Leafs? They are ice hockey, yes?
